I am over the moon with how the experience with the representative went, the dress, and service.
I ordered a custom size and I had trouble with my measurements and they were patient and helped me get the correct measurements noticing the abnormalities in the incorrect numbers I sent.
Then once ordered they made sure that it wasn’t ready too early because I asked for a delay, ( I ordered the dress about a year in advance and didn’t want to risk damaging it). When it was time to make it I got emails with updates, (I have the most beautiful video of the dress in their salon) and the process was faster than they projected and they still confirmed that I wanted it shipped.
And of course… once here it fit PERFECTLY! And is just GORGEOUS!

It's scary getting a dress online without seeing it in person, but I cannot describe how beautiful this dress is. I am a size 14, but I feel like I could wear it now down the aisle without losing weight.. If you want to feel like a glamorous movie star like Grace Kelly...this is the dress for you.
