Returns & Refunds

Olivia Bottega offers a 14-day, risk-free return policy. Items must be in unworn, unused condition and in original packaging to be eligible.

We provide a free return label for orders within the United States upon request. Customers outside the United States are responsible for the return shipping costs.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:

  1. Customized or personalized orders. 
  2. All custom size items are final sale.
  3. Sketches and swatches.
  4. There is no refund for rush fees.
  5. Items damaged or soiled when in the buyer's possession.

WE ACCEPT RETURNS UNDER FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

  1. Ready-to-ship dresses and skirts can be returned regardless of size for a $60 restocking fee per item.
  2. Accessories can be returned free of charge: veils, coats, sweaters, face masks, jackets, detachable sleeves, blouses, boleros, detachable straps, bows.

REPRESENTATION OF DRESSES ON THE WEBSITE

Please note that each dress is unique and hand-sewn, so there may be slight variations from what is shown on the website. Additionally, the dress color may vary depending on the fabric batch.

ORDER CANCELLATION

1. Custom Size & Customized Items
Orders cannot be canceled once transferred to production.

If an order is not transferred to production within 60 days at the client's request, or due to the client's failure to confirm the order, the full order cost becomes non-refundable after this period.

2. Ready-to-Ship Items
If the ready-to-ship dress or skirt has been shipped, a $60 delivery fee will apply.

MULTIPLE ORDERS

If you would like to return multiple dresses, please be aware of our return policy, which includes a $60 delivery fee for ready-to-ship dresses or skirts. We may also decline such an order if there is a high probability of it being sent back, after consulting with you.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item that you wanted in the first place.

SIZING & CUSTOMIZATION

If you have a problem with a custom dress or custom size dress, it is your responsibility to notify our customer service within 14 days of receiving the package so that we can offer options to resolve the situation. If you report later, we will not be able to help you resolve the problem with custom dress.

WHEN DAMAGE IS NOT REVERSIBLE

It can be upsetting for our brides when a dress they've ordered is damaged or blemished. If so, inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if it's defective, damaged, or if you've been sent the wrong item, so we can assess the issue.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
