As someone whose grandmother was a wedding dress designer, I still can’t believe I bought my wedding dress without ever trying it on. However, it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. This is, by far, the most beautiful wedding dress I have ever dreamed of.
**THE DRESS**
I purchased the Divon dress as a base and then added all the customizations I wanted. These included a snatched waist, a different fabric under the corset, a train, detachable long sleeves adorned with pearls, an illusion tulle overlay on the shoulders to keep the dress in place effortlessly, among other changes.
The fabric is stunning and incredibly soft. The quality of the tulle and lace is so high, that you can crumple the fabric and it doesn't leave wrinkles or marks.
The color is gorgeous. It appears pale white in natural daylight but shines and twinkles when you are near any artificial light. Like a fairy!!!
(I highly recommend buying fabric samples before ordering your dress. This will help you make a decision more easily and allow you to see the incredible quality and feel of the materials.)
The lines, garment construction, attention to detail, and the patterns on the skirt are perfect. I can’t stress enough how well-made this dress is. Even my grandmother, who was skeptical, says the tailoring is magnificent.
I also bought the Royal Cathedral Enn veil.
**MY EXPERIENCE**
Initially, I was quite nervous because I had something very specific in mind. With all my changes, notes, and add-ons, I was worried I would get lost in translation and that it wouldn’t all come together. That’s where Alyona, the most amazing bridal assistant, came in to help. She paid attention to every change I made, assisted me in finding my fabrics and the type of skirt I wanted, recommended the best options, and always kept me calm and reassured. I'm talking about 20+ emails going back and forth until I felt 100% comfortable and happy with my dress.
Needless to say, she played a huge role in helping me feel at ease about taking the leap to purchase a dress I had never tried on or seen in person. So, thank you so much, Alyona! My dress is as beautiful as it is thanks to you 💖
I was also asked to review all the information, notes, and my address before sending it to production.
Weeks later I received a video of my dress. It was very detailed, and Elizabeth was so kind to send me extra close-ups after asking her a couple of questions.
In summary, I know it can be intimidating to buy things online, especially something as important as a wedding dress, but I highly recommend Olivia Bottega. From the fabrics to the designs and the wonderful people who work there, the experience is one of a kind.

Few notes: The back part was too bare for me, was hoping it would hide my back fats more. The snap buttons for the sleeves was genius but it kept popping off with slight movements so I actually just removed them. Lastly, a bit of warning for everyone: glitters will be everywhere 🤩

ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE WITH THIS DRESS! Quality is amazing. Doesn't feel cheap or poorly made. It sparkles exactly like it shows in the pictures. I was hesitant to buy a dress from an online seller I hadn't heard of before, but everything went perfectly! I ordered a "ready to ship" size and I had my dress in a week! The dress was true to size as well. This is the most beautiful dress I have ever seen, and everyone who I have showed it to says they have never seen anything like it. It is truly gorgeous and unique at such an affordable price! I know there aren't a lot of reviews on this dress, but do not hesitate to buy! You won't regret it. Would do business with this company again. Nothing but good things to say. One thing to note is that you need to pay extra for a bustle if you want Olivia Bottega to add one for you. However, it is very affordable to add a bustle through them. Just know it doesn't automatically come with one!

Regarding the sparkles: We use very high-quality glitter from a leading manufacturer specializing in glitter application on fabrics. They are the original developers of this process and supply glitter to many world-renowned brands. It's normal for some glitter to shed, especially when the garment is new. This is simply the excess glitter that wasn't fully bonded to the fabric. While the shedding might seem like a lot at first, it's primarily the loose glitter coming off. This initial shedding won't affect the overall sparkle or shine of the dress, which will remain vibrant. To minimize further shedding, we recommend shaking the dress out thoroughly and then having it professionally steamed. This will help remove any remaining loose glitter.

A family member later told me that when I appeared at the end of the aisle on my wedding day, there were many audible gasps, and they were because of the dress. I cannot even begin to describe how beautiful I felt in this dress. It was nothing short of a dream come true, and I truly believe it was the perfect embodiment of elegance, glamour, and sophistication, not to mention it fit perfectly with the Art-Deco vibes of my wedding. I custom-ordered, and it fit almost perfectly, I brought it to the tailor only to add a bustle.
I couldn’t have asked for a better combination of vintage charm and modern sophistication. I loved the clean lines and elegant silhouette of the gown, but also the opulent touch from the glitter detail, and I definitely sparkled all night.
I am beyond grateful for how this dress became such a focal point of the entire day, and it was my perfect fit for the occasion.
Not only did they somehow rush to make this custom dress for me in under 4 weeks, but it fit PERFECTLY. They were so accommodating and lovely. I will never forget my wedding reception night mostly because of how incredible this dress was!
I wanted to save money and didn’t care about getting the “bridal shop experience,” so I decided to order this dress after lots of online scouring!! I couldn’t be more happy with that decision. I had my mom do my measurements at home, then ordered the dress in the size closest to those measurements. When it got here, I took it to a seamstress who fitted it to my body and also added a bustle! I loved this dress so much and it definitely looked and felt a lot more expensive than it actually was! Accompanied it with a $20 veil from Amazon and loved my look so much!

It was perfect for my big day. I made a few changes to my dress, which was a straightforward process. The dress fitted me perfectly. No further alterations were required. I had pay the tax getting delivered to Australia but delivery was smooth and fast!

One part of my wedding dress requires illusion tulle, so we ordered this pack and selected the color that matched best. Honestly, the entire package exceeded our expectations. The samples arrived perfectly tagged and were placed inside a charming bag, which was then enclosed in a box.
I am surprised by how soft the fabric is; it doesn’t feel plasticky or stiff, but rather silky and smooth. It feels amazing against my skin.

To be fair the dress is pretty. I feel like it fits me to tight. Also the color isn't ivory. I asked for ivory and got nude. The sleeves are huge.
