General
At first, the founder was in charge of all designs, now there is a group of designers working on creating new collections and developing new designs.
At the moment, we doesn't have any store locations, but you can always order a ready-to-ship dress for try-on.
Mastercard, Visa, Amex, PayPal, Discover, Bancontact, iDEAL, Amazon/Apple/Google/Facebook Pay. We also offer interest-free installment Shop Pay.
We only have one official retailer in Europe, there are no other resellers, even in the USA.
Product
First of all, congrats! We are very excited for you! What you would have to do is just order a size up, depending on what week of pregnancy you are going to be on when you get married/attend a wedding. Feel free to ask us, we are available 24/7 and would love to help you out.
You can always message us and we would love to recommend you a perfect veil to your dress! Also we have an absolute best-seller that goes with every dress too.

Very much so! Customization is one of our key advantages. We are very happy to bring your ideas to life. However, please, note that we cannot copy other brand's designs.
Sizing
Our dresses are available in sizes from US 00 to US 30 (it is very easy to pick, just like a regular t-shirt). We also provide a very simple size chart and measurements tutorial on every product page. To make sure you choose the correct size, please follow the instructions.
Measurements are simply divided into basic criteria. We also made a very informative tutorial on how to correctly measure your size before purchasing the dress. You may reference our guides, or talk to a specialist that you know so that they could help you measure your size.
In case there are no sizes that fit you, please let us know, and we’ll recommend a dress or help you create a new one.
We always think about the comfort of our brides first, so in case you need extra support for your bust, we have just the right dresses for you. We recommend you to pay attention to our dresses: Audrey, Jacqueline, Bree, Cameron, Olivia, Cardi, Melanie, Wendy, Milana. These gowns are made to fit the best bust support. If you did not find the perfect match, please message us, and our online consultant will be glad to help.
Our corset dresses are very easy to tighten up or make them more loose. You can easily change the size by 1-2 inches, which is going to be just enough in case you lose/gain weight, and it can be quickly altered at any tailor shop in your area.
Orders
If you need your dress urgently, please reach out to us right away and we’ll do our best to get it to you within 2-20 days depending on your location!
It takes 9-15 weeks depending on the dress style. For ASAP orders, please contact us or consider ordering a ready-to-ship dress.
We get that everyone is unique and dresses may take different periods of time to make depending on the design. Generally, it takes us 9-15 weeks. If you'd like more information on your dress's timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Shipping & Payment
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $300.
YES! We have free worldwide shipping on all orders over $300. But you may need to pay duty and tax after receiving the dress: it is the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

Please carefully read the shipping & return policy on our website. Circumstances of return or exchange may vary depending on the dress.
It is not possible to return a dress that has been customized. We make dresses for each bride individually, exactly after her wishes. So if the dress was customized, and some details were changed, we are unable to offer it to another bride. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot take a customized dress back.
