        Customer service was excellent! Response was timely and they were patient with all of my questions and I had tons of questions as ordering a wedding dress online is nerve wrecking. Once the dress was made, a photo and video was sent and shipping was fast and easy. The dress is absolutely beautiful and amazing quality. It will need to be tailored but I lost weight since my measurements that I sent in so that’s on me and not them. I would love to be a repeat customer but at the same time I’m hoping I’m only getting married once!
